Pharmarrêt is committed to respecting your privacy and complying with the Act to modernize legislative provisions respecting the protection of personal information (Quebec's Law 25) as well as the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
Personal information collected
When you sign up for our mailing list, we collect only your email address. When you fill out the partner pharmacy form, we collect your name, your role, the pharmacy name, and your email address.
Purpose
Your personal information is used to inform you about the project launch and, for partners, to establish a first contact regarding a possible collaboration. No other use is made of it.
Subprocessors
We use the Resend service (Resend.com) to store your address and send the associated emails. Your personal information may transit outside Quebec for the purposes of this hosting.
Retention period
Your personal information is kept for as long as you remain subscribed. You can request its deletion at any time by writing to info@pharmarret.ca.
Right of access and correction
You have a right of access, correction, and deletion of your personal information. To exercise these rights, write to info@pharmarret.ca.
